The Deal Everyone Thought Would Fall Apart

They told me it was dead.

Too many problems.
Too many personalities.
Too many moving parts.

One agent said, “Wayne, just let it go.”

I don’t do that.

Because most deals don’t fall apart because of the property.
They fall apart because people stop fighting for them.

This one had it all:

• A buyer on a deadline
• A seller losing patience
• Inspection issues
• Appraisal tension
• And enough emotion in the middle to stall a freight train

Everyone was waiting for it to collapse.

I wasn’t. Moments like this are where experience takes over.

Here’s the truth most people won’t say

Real estate isn’t paperwork.

It’s pressure.

It’s communication.
It’s timing.
It’s knowing when to push and when to protect.

And sometimes… it’s refusing to let other people quit.

I didn’t raise my voice.
I didn’t dramatize it.

I just stayed in it.

Call after call.
Update after update.
Solution after solution.

Not because I’m stubborn.
Because my clients trusted me.

What actually saved the deal

Not luck.
Not miracles.
Not shortcuts.

It was:

• Clear communication
• Calm under pressure
• And a refusal to disappear when things got uncomfortable

That’s what people remember long after closing.

Not the interest rate.
Not the paint color.

They remember:

“Wayne didn’t quit on us.”

Why I’m telling you this

Because some agents walk when things get messy.

I don’t.

That’s the difference between listing a property
and representing a person.

The result?

The deal closed.
The buyer moved in.
The seller moved forward.
Everyone slept better.

And nobody remembers how close it came to falling apart.

Except me.

And now you.

If you’re in a situation that feels complicated, emotional, or unstable — good.

That’s where I work best. This is exactly why I believe in how I approach real estate.

Because…

No mission is impossible.

Wayne Myshin
No mission is impossible.
